We’re aware that ward boundary changes on voter cards were not reflected for some properties along Waterloo Ave. Some voter cards incorrectly provided Ward 5 voting information for residents on Waterloo Avenue instead of Ward 3 voting information. A similar issue has been identified for select units at 60 Arkell Road which incorrectly provided Ward 6 voting information instead of Ward 5 voting information.
Any affected properties and voters along Waterloo Avenue and 60 Arkell Road have now been updated in City of Guelph systems.
Letters have been delivered to voters’ who received an incorrect voter card. All voters affected will be able to vote without issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter.
