Being on the voters’ list saves you time when you vote. If you reside in or own property in Guelph, are a Canadian citizen and 18 years of age you can vote in the upcoming municipal and school board election. If your name is not on the voters’ list, and you’re eligible to vote, your name can be added. After October 14, 2022 at 4pm, individuals can no longer amend the voters’ list online. There are two options available to add or change your information:
- Complete an Application to Amend the Voters’ List at a voting location during advanced voting or on election day, or
- Complete an Application to Amend the Voters’ List, available at ServiceGuelph at City Hall, or request by phone at 519-837-5625 or by email at [email protected]. Completed paper forms can be returned to ServiceGuelph at City Hall in person or mailed to:

Acceptable documentation must be shown when submitting the completed form in-person or a copy must be included when it is being mailed. Completed forms must be received by Friday, October 21, 2022 at 4pm.
