Vote by mail kits are no longer available. The deadline to apply was Friday, October 14 at 4:00 p.m.
Completed kits must be received by the City Clerk’s Office by October 21, 2022 at 4:00pm.
Vote by mail kits include:
- a ballot
- a declaration form that must be signed in order for your vote to count
- a ballot secrecy envelope
- a yellow return envelope with pre-paid postage
Completed vote by mail kits can be returned by mailing with pre-paid postage through Canada Post, dropped off in-person at ServiceGuelph during business hours, or deposited in the secure drop box in front of City Hall outside of business hours. Kits cannot be returned at advanced or election day voting locations or at any other City facility.
